H1000 is a modular handler for testing devices in reel, offering the benefit of a turnkey solution that can combine automation and test resources in a single, compact-footprint machine.

It offers high throughput, thanks to its parallel test capabilities with 4 independent test heads and fast tape transportation, based on servo motors. The tape movement is controlled by high-resolution cameras to guarantee best accuracy.   

The handler can be configured in 3 different compositions:

• 2 test heads with probe cards, mounted on the top side of the handler
• 2 test heads for contacting Combo Devices, mounted on the top and bottom sides
• 1 test head with antenna, for contactless test, mounted on the top or bottom side

 The different system modules operate with no idle time: the tape transportation between the track puncher unit, the test unit and the reject unit is asynchronous, with 2 buffer units.
